Knowledge and experience are two words that have been used many times by all generations, but on many occasions not been given due prominence.
As teachers receive information that we convey to our students so versatile and effective. But we are still governed by traditional methods to new generations do not impact.
So, the calling we have is tested, using authentic experience and motivation. How to have a positive effect with great results if we do not believe in ourselves? Why sometimes we confine our ideas only by prejudice? I mean, why not catch up for children to understand their tastes, needs, abilities and from these tools to motivate them to grow holistically?
